John HERBERT

HERBERT, John Malcom. Passed away peacefully on the 3rd of July 2026. Beloved husband to Libby for 59 years. Loving father to Andrew and Keely. Father-in-law to Simon and Libby 2. Treasured grandad to Logan, Brianna, Macey, Fletcher, and Leo. John was a gentleman and passionate sportsman. He had an enduring love of both his immediate family and his extended family in Taranaki and immense pride in his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Edmund Hillary Hospital for their grace and compassion in caring for John. In honouring John's wishes he has been farewelled with a private cremation.
