HAMMOND, Jennifer Hope. Passed away peacefully in her Glenfield home on 3 September 2026, aged 92 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Guy; much-loved mother and mother-in-law of Michael, Blair and Katrina; much-loved grandma to Nicholas and his wife Nastassia, Joshua and Chloe; and great-grandmother to Sebastian who she was blessed to meet recently. A private memorial will be held by the family. Jennifer will be dearly missed by family and friends, but our treasured memories will remain.
