BUTTLE, James. On 30th July 2026, peacefully in his sleep, at home (Middlepoint), aged 71 years. Dearly loved husband of Selene. Much loved father of Anne. Beloved eldest son of Beverley and the late John. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Peter and Janine, and Andrew and Sigal. Loved uncle of Genevieve, Stephanie, Ellie, Rachel, Ben and Omri. Loved brother-in-law of Brian and Anna, and Miranda. May you have fair winds and a following sea.

A service to celebrate James' life will be held in St Columba Chapel, at Mahurangi Vineyard Church, 5 Pulham Road, Warkworth on Saturday August 15th, at 11:00am followed by private cremation. For further details see www. jasonmorrison.co.nz/s/james
