O'BRIEN, Jacqueline Irene (Jacky). Passed away peacefully on the 10th of July 2026 aged 79 years. Beloved wife of 57 years to Rex, and mum to Jason, Melanie, Danielle, Alicia, and Sian. Nanna to Parewhero, Gypsy-Mae, Isabelle, Zoe, Nick, and Sam. She will be missed.

Rest in Peace A family service has been held.
