Jacqueline HILL

HILL, Jacqueline Mary (nee Bright). 9 October 1929 - 29 August 2026. Jacqueline passed away peacefully aged 96 in Auckland, New Zealand with family present. Daughter of the late Arthur Grahame Bright and Ada Mary Bright. Sister of the late Grahame William Bright. Former wife and friend of Ian Hill. Much loved mother of David and Gillian (Australia), Michelle, Adrienne and Palle, Grahame, and Andrew. Loved Nana of Marcus and Hailey (Australia), Stephanie and Max (Australia); Kristina and Stuart, Joanne; Sacha and Talia, and Kaius and Chrissie; Rebecca and Michael (Australia), Grahame Michael; Kent and Liezl, Georgia and Ieuan. Great-nana / Nan / Granny of Alexander and Benjamin (Australia); Zachary, Daniel, Benjamin and Blaise; the late Samuel (Sam) and Caitlin; Wilhelmina; Talisha, Manessa, Jediah, Alina and Elias (Australia); Raiden and Elias; and Mia. Jacqueline is also expecting two more little ones, both due this year.

Rest in peace Mum. We will greatly miss your strength, independence, intelligence and empathy, your love for all those you meet, your wit and sense of fun, and your belief in a better future.
