Nixon, Heather Jean (Nee Bates). Passed away on 19 July. She was a cherished big sister to Denese Bates and aunty to Misse, James, Ali and Julia Heaney. We will be forever grateful for her love, support, her sense of humour and how she opened up our world through education and travel. We would like to thank Heather's daughter, Fleur, and grandson, Edward, for their very thoughtful and dedicated care of Heather brightening her later years. Heather truly shaped who we are, and we will miss her always.
