SMITH, Hazel Gwendoline. Passed away peacefully on the 20th July 2026 at CHT Epsom, aged 93. Dearly loved wife of the late Albert Smith. Loving Mother of Laura, Ellen and Albert, devoted grandmother of Daniel and Stephanie and Great Grandmother of 5. We all love you and miss you.

A service will be held at St Andrews Anglican Church, Queen Street, Pukekohe on Monday 27th July, at 1pm, then leaving for Heights Park Cemetery.
