REES, Hazel Phillipa. Passed away peacefully, aged 76 years. Dearly loved and remembered for her love of horses, dogs, and all animals. Hazel will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Sincere thanks to the caring staff of Radius Kensington Rest Home for their kindness and support.
