GILLLESPIE, Harm Dieter Roland (Roland). 16 October 1941 - 26 June 2026. Beloved brother, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Born in Bavaria, Germany, Roland built a life of adventure, music, engineering, faith and love, and found his home in Parua Bay, New Zealand, where he lived for more than forty years. He will be remembered for his intelligence, humour, musical talent, deep Christian faith, and unwavering spirit. A small and intimate funeral service and burial will take place on: Sunday, 5 July 2026, at 1:00 pm Kaurihohore Cemetery, Whangarei Friends and all who knew Roland are warmly welcome to attend and pay their respects. "I will never leave you nor forsake you." Hebrews 13:5
