Hughes, Glenda Ruth (Glenda) (Nee Thomson). It is with broken hearts that we share the loss of our beautiful Mum, Glenda, who passed away peacefully on 7 August, surrounded by the family who loved her beyond words. Beloved wife and best friend of Wayne, deeply loved Mum of Matthew and Sarah, and the most treasured Grenna to Cory, Ella, Haydon, Caitlin, Kyan, Lauren and Carter. Mum was the heart and soul of our family. Her love held us together, her kindness made us who we are, and her beautiful spirit filled our lives. Losing her leaves a space in our hearts that can never be filled. Mum, there are simply no words for how much we love you or how much we are going to miss you. Thank you for a lifetime of love, laughter, memories and for always being there. We could not have wished for a more loving Mum or Grenna. Although our hearts are broken, we are grateful you were surrounded by those who loved you most. We will carry you with us always, in our memories, in our family and in the people you helped us become. Forever loved. Forever missed.
