Bailey, Frederick Stephen Silvester (Fred). On Sunday 23 August 2026 at North Shore Hospital after suffering a stroke aged 78 years. Much loved by Sue and their three daughters Sarah, Georgina, and Emma, sons-in-law Andrew, Grant, and Bevan, and Grandpa Fred to William, Lily, Chloe, Grace, Zara and Ellie.

A service to celebrate Fred's life will be held at All Saints Chapel Purewa, 100 Saint Johns Road, Meadowbank on 11 September at 2pm.
