ELPHICK, Frances Marie Kingston (nee Brown). Passed away peacefully on 17 August 2026 with family by her side. Daughter of the late Frances and Warren Brown. Loved wife of Kenneth, mother and mother in law of Keith and Lorraine, Wendy and Rodney, Heather (deceased), David and Raewyn, Joy and Ian, and Peter and Sandy. Adored grand mother of 16, great grand mother of 37 and great great grand mother of 1.

A celebration of Frances' life will be held at Osbornes Funeral Directors Chapel, 197 Old Taupo Road, Rotorua on Saturday 22 August at 12pm followed by burial at Kauae Cemetery. For live stream and tribute details www.osbornes.co.nz/tribute
