Gardiner, Faye Amelia (Nee Woodall). On Friday 17 July 2026, our beloved Mum lost her battle against a serious illness. She fought long and hard like the warrior she was, however passed peacefully, aged 85 years, surrounded by loved ones. Beloved and treasured Mum to Cat, Irene, and the late John. Much loved Wife of the late Des. Cherished Aunt and Cousin to many.

A celebration of Faye's life will be held at St Thomas Church, 368 Kohimarama Road, Kohimarama, Auckland on Monday 27 July at 1pm. For those who cannot attend, a livestream of the service can be found at https://tinyurl.com/4sywyxtw In lieu of flowers, donations to Mercy Hospice Auckland (donations@mh.org.nz) would be appreciated.
