QUIRKE, Dion Michael. On 29 June 2026, Dion passed away peacefully at Bupa Northhaven in Red Beach; aged 87 years, Dearly loved father of Terri and Vanessa, and father in law of Gerry and Ant. Adored 'Grumps' to his grandson's Conor and Lachie Ryder. In accordance with the families wishes, a private cremation has been held, with a service to celebrate Dion's life to be held in both Auckland and Raetihi at a later date.
