BASSETT, Denise Lawry. Peacefully on Tuesday, 14 July 2026, at Ryman Logan Campbell Retirement Village, on her 90th birthday. Beloved wife of Peter. Dearly loved mother of Janie, Katrina, and the late Mark. Treasured granny and great-granny to Emma, Alexander, Sophie, Winnie, and Alina.

A memorial service to celebrate Denise's life will be held at All Souls Chapel, Purewa Cemetery, 100 St Johns Road, Meadowbank on Saturday, 25 July at 1:00 pm.
