Sunderland, Daphne Ella. Our beautiful Mum passed away peacefully on Tuesday 22 September 2026. There are no words for how much we will miss her. She was our Mum, our best mate, and a very special part of our lives, and we feel so lucky to have had her. We will treasure the memories we made together for the rest of our lives. Rest peacefully, Mum. We love you more than words could ever say. Penny, Andrew and granddaughter Sarah. Daphne's service will be held in the Garden Chapel at Morrisons Funeral Home, Universal Drive, on Monday 28 September at 2pm.
