COPE, Brian Geoffrey. Passed away on Wednesday 15th July 2026, peacefully at Waikato Hospital, surrounded by family. Dearly loved husband of Maureen, much loved father/ father-in-law of Ian, Delia and Bill, Lu, Derek and Audrey, Pippa and Alan, and Aisha and Wesley. Beloved Grandpa of Ruby, Alex and Jedd, Finn, Ezra, Silas and Rosyapple, Hamish and Phoebe, and Tom; cherished Great-Grandpa of Astrid. Loved and treasured by those who knew him.

A private service to celebrate Brian's life was held at the Chapel of Tamahere Eventide Rest Home in Tamahere, on Thursday 23rd July 2026, preceded by a private cremation.
