Alison YELAVICH

YELAVICH, Alison (formerly Beale). I am extremely saddened and devastated to announce the death of my confidant and soulmate of 50 years. Alison passed away at North Shore Hospital on 17 August 2026 aged 79. Sharp of wit with an intelligence to match, Alison passed away in the presence of those she loved, and those who loved her. A fighter to the end, Alison endured several major cancers over the last 40 years. We were always in awe of her fortitude, resilience and stamina. The impact of those close to Alison can be summarized by her 9 year old granddaughter Yuna, when in a voice message to Alison in hospital, she said "Life will never, ever be the same without you.
