FLEMING, Aileen Patricia Mary (Pat). In her 103rd year, passed away at home, surrounded by her family on 22 August 2026. Loved wife of the late Jim, very dearly loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother of Chris, Maureen, Jenny, Shai, Zoe and Nate and their partners Mark, Alan and Phil. Very dearly loved Aunty of Bryce, Petrina, Natalie, John, Ross and Trish.

A service and burial will be held at 1pm on Wednesday 26 August 2026 at North Shore Memorial Park Chapel, 235 Schnapper Rock Road. Loved with all of our hearts, a remarkable woman who we will miss everyday.
